Experimenting with flavors and sharing her blends at gatherings, she soon found herself preparing tea for large events, from intimate dinners to grand weddings with hundreds of guests.
Through her travels across the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, and South America, Dr. Walsh observed how tea fosters conversation and brings people together, transcending differences in beliefs, age, and politics.
